The ambience was lovely. the staff were very friendly and cute and professional. the decor was tasteful. i loved the rooftop pool. It was gorgeous!
the beds were a little firm, could be fixed with a better pad. misplaced punctuation, i did notice this!

The gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The rooftop pool offered fine city views and included twenty loungers with a shaded area. My room's minibar was complimentary and restocked daily. I found the air conditioning worked very efficiently, it maintained a comfortable temperature.

The hotel is near a metro station. This provided quick access to key attractions. I found several restaurants and shops within a short walking distance from the premises. Taxis were readily available too.

The staff was very attentive to guest requests, always responding promptly. I appreciated the breakfast service, the staff ensured that all tables were well taken care of. The bar service was equally excellent with well trained staff.

I found the hotel's location convenient, a bit removed from busy areas but walkable to main attractions. our beautiful king room city view was very clean. The cleaning service worked swiftly and kindly each day. the hotel staff's service impressed me. The food and beverages were top quality.
The rooftop event limited facility use. The loud music extended past 10 pm.

The staff were very helpful. They promptly addressed my requests. The rooftop pool was open in the evening. I found this to be a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing (I really enjoyed the views!). The executive floor included a happy hour. It was a nice bonus.
The techno party on the roof bothered me. It limited access to the facilities. The noise continued past 10 PM. The hotel did not forward my final bill. I requested it, but I still have not received it.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. The daily cleaning service was both kind and efficient.
There was a party on the roof one night. Use of the facilities was limited. it was noisy until after 10 p.m. (not ideal when you're trying to relax). i also never received my final bill, even after requesting it.

My room included a stocked fridge with water, soft drinks, wine, beer, and a chocolate bar, this was a very nice welcome. I found custom custard tarts and chips left for me in my room as well, it was a lovely touch. The rooftop pool offered beautiful views and great bar service, I especially enjoyed the heated water. The customer service was excellent. The staff was wonderful.

The breakfast buffet offered a large variety of fresh, tasty food options, it certainly catered to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed happy hour, the service was wonderful, and the drinks were great, particularly the flight of local wines.
